Shipping policy

From where are the products shipped?
All products are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 days from the date of order confirmation. We strive to dispatch your order from our warehouse within 24-48 hrs of order confirmation.

NOTE : Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an Whatsaap with the tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. However, international shipping will be launching soon!

Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for all orders. 

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we have Partial COD Available on website.Rs.50 is extra charged on COD.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If its not dispatched from our warehouse you can cancel the order.
Please contact us as soon as possible at shop@casence.in. Include your order number and any relevant details in the email, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

NOTE : Once the order is shipped, if you choose to cancel, a ₹99 cancellation fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Remote or restricted delivery zones

• Delivery timelines exclude Sundays and public holidays.
• Remote or limited-service locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.
• Casence is not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics partners once the order has been handed over for delivery.
