Shipping policy

From where are the products shipped?
All products are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 days from the date of order confirmation. We strive to dispatch your order from our studio within 1-2 days of confirmation.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. However, international shipping will be launching soon!

Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders. A flat Rs. 99 charge is applied to all Cash On Delivery orders.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Since our products are custom-made, it may not be possible to cancel or modify your order once it has been prepared and dispatched.
