During this period, we guarantee that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty extends to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

How To Claim if Case turned Yellow ?

• Email us at shop@casence.in or whatsaap with:
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) | Emailed on ID.
• Clear photos of the case showing discoloration.
• Our team will review your claim within 7 business days.
• Approved claims will receive a free replacement.
