The phone holder has good suction and sticks firmly to glass, mirrors, smooth wooden surfaces, and tiles. It holds the phone securely and is easy to reposition. However, it doesn't stick well to painted or textured walls, which was one of the reasons I bought it.

Ordered the products after seeing an add in Instagram..didn't expect much but was seriously surprised when I received the products. The case fit was perfect and the quality was also good. But few of the magnets seem to have come out. Without much hope I just dropped a mail to customer support and they responded promptly and actually sent a replacement product with extra cable protector and sticky pad.
